This is outside of the nature of interactivity of the forum and will not require membership to view its content. Training modules that may be of interest to those outside of the membership could be made available within this section.


Child and Adolescent Mental Health (Online learning)

Enables you to recognise the most common presentations of mental health difficulties in children and young people, and facilitates your understanding of the initial approach to management. Cases and discussion are used to illustrate the key points, in particular focusing on mood and behavioural problems

Suicide Prevention (Online learning)

Module 1: Sets the scene on the problem of death by suicide. The interplay of numerous factors, culminating in suicidal behaviour, is discussed in order to highlight the various opportunities to intervene.

Module 2: Takes a case-based approach, focusing on the practical aspects of suicide prevention. The scenario is set in primary care, and includes useful strategies and resources for the mitigation of suicide.

Covers the psychological and physical issues which are commonly faced by veterans and their families, andĀ outlined some of the resources which are available to help them
